By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to correct the name of Police Station, which has been mentioned, in the petition, as well as, in order dated 8.1.2026, as Police Station Renukaji, instead of Police Station, Dadahu. Even, as per the status report, FIR No.23 of 2022, dated 17.3.2022, has been registered with Police Station Renukaji, District Sirmaur, H.P. Keeping in view the factual position, as mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the name of Police Station, is ordered to be corrected as Police Station ‘Renukaji’ instead of Police Station ‘Dadahu’, in order dated 08.01.2026.
