According to the petitioners, they have complied with the conditions for the past three months. This Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court till the disposal of the Revision. No ground made to modify the said condition at this stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
