As regards prayer clauses (ii), (iii) and (iv) and other prayer clauses are concerned, he submits that he has not approached the concerned authorities and has filed the present petition. He, therefore, submits that he will raise his grievance before the competent authority. 3. In that view of the matter, as far as prayer clause (i) is concerned, it is not pressed at this stage and we direct that the present petition, except prayer clause (i), be treated as a representation and same shall be decided by respondent Nos.2 and 3 in accordance with law, expeditiously. 4. A copy of the order passed today and the memo of 2026:BHC-NAG:11916-DB 112.pil.68.26 2/2 writ petition be produced before respondent Nos.2 and 3 within two weeks from today. 5.
