The petitioner seeks implementation of the notice of no confidence motion dated 27th January, 2026. In dealing with an appeal preferred against an order of this Court in a connected writ petition being WPA 2536 of 2026, an Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court has passed an order on 24th March, 2026 wherein it has been observed that the notice has become infructuous and has expired. In view of the above, the question of implementation of the said notice does not arise. Nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
