Order 04/05/2026
[2026:RJ-JP:18765] (2 of 3) [CW-6042/2026]
1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners applied pursuant to advertisement dated 16.12.2022 published by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for appointment on the post of Teacher Grade-III Level-II.
2. After participating in the process, as per law, all the petitioners were selected by the respondents and accordingly, vide orders dated 13.08.2025, 14.08.2025 and 17.01.2025, even proposed districts were allotted for appointment to the petitioners. Thereafter, the petitioners have been waiting for the appointment
order; yet respondents have not issued any appointment order to appoint the petitioners in the respective districts by giving postings at a particular school, whereas similarly situated persons have already been appointed by the respondents.
3.
Learned counsel submits that as per the petitioners, their candidatures have not yet been rejected by the respondents, nor have they been communicated any reasons whatsoever for not issuing appointment order despite their selection.
4.
Learned counsel further submits that thus, under the aforesaid circumstances, where despite selection, the petitioners have been deprived of appointment and the similarly situated persons as well as the persons who were lower in merit, have already been appointed, the petitioners have been left to suffer failure of justice at the hands of respondents.
5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
6. In the aforesaid circumstances and as per the facts stated in the memo of writ petition, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition at this stage with directions

7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
