The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.455/2026 registered with Morshi Police Station, District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 108 and 3[5] of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS). This Court has already granted him interim protection vide order dated 12.08.2026. 3. This Court by order dated 01.09.2026 has granted anticipatory bail to the applicants in same crime Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:11885 Order 080926aba724.26 2 i.e. Criminal Application (ABA) Nos.710/2026 and 706/2026. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that case of the present applicant is also similarly situated, as of those applicants who have been granted anticipatory bail. He therefore, prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the present applicant also. 4. The learned A.P.P. does not dispute the fact that case of present applicant is similarly situated as that of the applicants who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, as also the observations recorded therein. 5. Considering the observations recorded in the order of this Court dated 01.09.2026, for same reasons, present application is also allowed on the same terms and conditions as are incorporated in the aforesaid order dated 01.09.2026.
