By means of this writ petition, filed in 2018, petitioner has sought the following relief:- “A-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents particularly Respondent No. 3 to accept the application form of Petitioner and issue domicile / permanent resident certificate in favour of Petitioner forthwith.” 4. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner had not enclosed requisite documents with her application for grant of permanent resident certificate, therefore, no decision was taken on her application. He submits that if petitioner applies afresh along with necessary documents, then her application shall be considered as per law. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by taking the statement made by learned State Counsel, on record.
