Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the work order has already been issued and the work is in progress. It is further submitted that the petitioner was demanding undue/extra payment for the work executed by him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to file a representation within a period of seven days before the concerned respondent/competent authority, who shall consider the same sympathetically and in accordance with law, within a further period of thirty days.
