Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are totally eight accused in this case and that the petitioner, though being the husband of A6, has neither been arrayed as an accused nor cited as a witness in the case. 4. In view of the above submissions and considering the materials available on record, this Court finds that no further orders are required in this petition. 5.
