WPMS/3249/2018 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. There is no representation for the petitioners. Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi, Additional CSC for the State.
2. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioners were in unauthorised occupation over Government land, which was allotted by the competent authority to landless persons.
3. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:
“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent No. 2 & 3 to decide the representation given by the petitioners.”
4. Since the land in question was allotted to landless labourers under relevant provision of Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, therefore relief as claimed in the writ petition, cannot be granted.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
6. No order as to costs.
