Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions, and that investigation has been completed and filed report has been filed. 4.
