Since the suit was filed only in the year 2022, therefore this Court is not inclined to fix any time line for disposal of the suit. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide the suit at an early date. 6. If petitioner has moved application for vacating the temporary injunction granted in favour of plaintiff, then Court concerned shall make endeavour to decide the said application within six months.
