A bare analysis of the said letter indicates that the Authorities after obtaining the Service Book of the petitioner from the Anti-Corruption Court, Srinagar has forwarded his pension case to the Accountant General (AG) Office, J&K, Jammu vide letter dated April 20, 2026. Accordingly, Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG, as always, fairly submits that the order dated May 27, 2025 shall be complied with at the earliest. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
