. Heard Shri. Ganesh Khanzode, learned counsel for petitioner.
2. Shri. Khanzode, learned counsel, fairly submits that the directions issued by this Court vide judgment and order dated 12th August, 2025 in Writ Petition No.4016 of 2022 have been complied with by the respondents, after issuance of the legal notice pointing out the willful and deliberate contempt of the order of this Court. He further submits that though the respondents have released an amount of Rs.4,24,960/- to the petitioner, the respondents should have also released the amount of balance contribution. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the remaining amount has been withheld by the respondents and hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. In view of the fact that the respondents have released the amount as
directed by this Court, Shri. Khanzode, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition. However, the respondents shall be at liberty to release the balance amount, if any, if there is no any other legal impediment in releasing the same in favour of the petitioner.
4. The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
