Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may please to quash/ set-aside the order dated 27.03.2026 (Ann. P-1), issued by the Respondent No. 3 (in case of petitioner is concerned) and the petitioner be allowed to discharge his duty as Block Program Manager in the Community Health Center, Bahiramgarh, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is posted at Community Health Centre, Bhairamgarh, District Bijapur, C.G., under mutual transfer application submitted by petitioner along with one Deepak Kumar Dewangan, therefore, it is to be stated as petitioner is transferred and not attached. He however submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation before Respondent No. 3, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition at this stage is dispose of directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner dated 01.04.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
