As seen from the case details of the aforementioned suit, which was placed on record, pending the revision, the suit was decreed with costs on 24.01.2025. Given the developments, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
