DATE : 08.09.2026 By this application, respondent No. 2 – Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Gondia, is seeking an extension of three months to decide the caste claim of the petitioner. 2. This Court, by its judgment dated 28.04.2026, directed respondent No. 2 – Committee to decide the caste claim within a period of three months. However, due to the non-cooperation of the petitioner and his father, the Committee could not decide the caste claim within the stipulated period and, therefore, has filed the present application seeking an extension of time. 3. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the extension of three months, as sought, is granted.
