The petitioner claims that illegally the 6th respondent has obtained a patta beairng No.1937 in his name for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for cancellation of the same through his representation, dated 10.01.2026. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent or any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 6.
