Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. B. Deka, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department, for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 5; and Ms. D.D. Barman, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos. 6 and 7. This application is preferred by the applicant for correction of the typographical error, that crept in the order dated 10.11.2025, in WP(C) No. 4810/2023 (Abdul Kuddus vs. State of Assam and Ors.). Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the applicant, by referring to the last part of paragraph No. 2 of the order dated 10.11.2025, submits that the applicant/petitioner had prayed for issuing direction to the respondent authorities to release the 3% D.A. increment which was dropped w.e.f. July, 2021 to 2023; to regularize the service gap period since 04.11.2020 to 07.09.2020; to release the time scale benefit for completion of 10 years of service etc., and that the date i.e. ’07.09.2020’, ought to be have been ’07.09.2022’ instead, and therefore, Mr. Sarma has contended to allow this application by correcting the aforesaid date. Ms. B. Deka, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department, for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 5; and Ms. D.D. Barman, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the opposite party Nos. 6 and 7 submit that they have no objection in the event of allowing this application. Page No.# 3/3 Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application. It is provided that the date i.e. ’07.09.2020’ appearing in the last part of the paragraph No. 2, of the order dated 10.11.2025, henceforth be read as ’07.09.2022’, for all purposes. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
