Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for grant of notional seniority on the regular posts of peon since the year 2016, owing to improper denial of regularization from such date contrary to what had been done in the cases of a large number of their contemporaries/similarly situated persons, posted in the Districts of Gariyaband and Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara (CG) as explained above. 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioners for grant of promotion on notional basis to the post of Assistant Grade – III w.e.f. the date the same is done for the candidates in the Districts of Gariyaband and Baloda Bazar- Bhatapara (CG), by treating the petitioners at par with them. 10.3 Grant any other relief, which is deemed fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. After arguing for sometime, counsel for petitioners submits that as petitioners have submitted representation before respondent no. 03 on 29.01.2024 which is pending consideration since last about two years, therefore, they may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the concerned authority and in turn direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioners to submit a fresh comprehensive representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition before respondent no. 3 and in turn respondent no. 03 is directed to consider and take 4 / 4 decision on representation to be submitted by petitioners, accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
