Sri Potham Vengala Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Kurnool Municipal Corporation dated 10.04.2026. The Written Instruction is taken on record. 5 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the Writ Petitioners herein, who are common in all the Writ Petitions, have executed all the works and the amounts due to be paid to the Writ Petitioners are not disputed. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to allow these Writ Petitions, with a direction to the Official Respondents, particularly Respondent Nos.1 and 4, to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by way of mutual cooperation and coordination, within a period of eight (8) weeks from today and transfer the due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioners within four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioners are directed to submit the bank account details to the Competent Authority within four (4) weeks from today for effective compliance. 6. With the above observations and directions, these Writ Petitions stand allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
