Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent No.5 and 6 to not interfere with the business of the petitioners and to release the goods of the petitioners vide Annexure-F & G stored in the schedule premises i.e., cold storage facility immediately and forthwith. ii. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners at Annexure-J & J1 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20221 WP No. 8832 of 2026 and to break open the lock of the schedule premises and facilitate the release of the perishable goods belonging to the petitioners stored therein by providing necessary protection to the petitioners in the event of them accessing the goods stored at the premises i.e. cold storage facility. iii. Pass such other order/s or direction/s that this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The prayer sought in the captioned petition is complied at the intervention of the fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioners' counsel fairly concedes that the prayer sought in the captioned petition does not survive for consideration. 3.
