Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 22.08.2017 passed in A.B.A. No. 1003 of 2017 the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.2,500/- to opposite party No.2 as interim maintenance as per order dated 18.07.2017 till the disposal of the case. He further submits that opposite party No.2 has remarried now. 3. On query made by the Court, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the said case is still pending and in view of that the petitioner is required to take efforts for disposal of the said 2026:JHHC:12105 --2-- Cr.M.P. No. 690 of 2026 case as this order is of the year 2017 and belatedly it has been filed and it will amount to review the order which is barred under Section 362 of Cr.P.C. now Section 403 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
