Though the order of suspension pertains to the year 2013, the petitioner has not produced any material to establish that he was subsequently acquitted of the corruption charges. In the absence of any such material, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order of suspension. 4.In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
