SR No.16625 and 16626 of 2019. 2. According to the petitioner, he is the appellant in the main Second Appeal and he, already filed a petition in C.M.P. No.22589 of 2019 to condone the delay of 213 days in re-presentation of the petitions in C.M.P. SR No.16625 and 16626 of 2019. However, in the above petition in C.M.P. No.22589 of 2019, in the prayer, it has been wrongly mentioned as to condone delay of 213 days in representing the second appeal. Therefore, the same may be corrected. 3. This Court heard and perused the records. 4. Considering the above said reasons stated in the affidavit and there is a typographical error and the said error has to be rectified.
