According to petitioners, they have submitted an application before respondent No. 2 on 19.05.2026 with a request to have their residential apartment inspected and measured; however, that application is not being accepted. 3. Relief sought in the writ petition is as follows: “Issue appropriate order or direction, directing the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Dehradun to decide the application moved by the Petitioner on 19-05-2026 Annexure No.10 Page No.58-60 and to give ample opportunity to the Petitioners to put forward their version and the pending case may be decided after having regards to the oral and written submission and after examining the evidence in accordance with law.” 4. Having regard to the prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2, to accept petitioners’ application and pass appropriate order, one way or the other, as per law.
