This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants to grant special leave to them for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned interim order dated 21.04.2026, passed by the learned sole Arbitrator, Mr. R. Ganesan, Retired District Judge, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in Application No. 1 of 2026, arising out of ARC/CSEL/BL/20566, in ARC/CIFL/16774/26. 3. After perusing the application and also considering the submission of Mr. Das, learned counsel for the applicants, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are allowed to file the arbitration appeal relying on the order copy which was sent to them by the Finance Company. 5. In view of the above, now the Registry shall proceed to register the connected appeal and list the same before this Court as soon as practicable. 6. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
