Petitioners has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. It is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records of the case. 10.2. It is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ directing the respondents to grant Pension, arrears and leave encashment to the petitioner, along with interest, in a time bound manner. 10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner was employed as time keeper by the respondent No.3 in the year 1995. Petitioner was regularized on 05.10.2023 and retired from the service on 31.05.2025 on attaining the age of superannuation, however, since then the petitioner has not been paid the retiral dues for which he is entitled for. Petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities and the said representations are also not considered. At this advance age petitioner is in need of money and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondents No.3 & 4 to release the entire retiral dues for which petitioner is entitled for at the earliest within a specific time frame. 3. Counsel for the respondents No.3 & 4 would submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner he is having no objection. According to his 3 instructions, it is not in dispute that petitioner was an employee of the respondent authorities and retired from the service on attaining the age of superannuation. According to instructions, claim of the petitioner will be considered at the earliest. 4. On due consideration of submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, in the opinion of this Court no purpose would be served to keep this petition pending seeking reply from the respondents, and it will be in the interest of the parties, if this writ petition at this stage is disposed of, directing the respondents No.3 & 4 to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner and also to disburse the retiral dues as per his entitlement at the earliest. 5. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents No.3 & 4 to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner and also to disburse the undisputed retiral dues for which the petitioner is entitled for in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
