Learned counsels for the parties are present.
2. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 2963 of 2023 to its original record which stood dismissed for default on 17.05.2024 on account of non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 03.05.2024 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of inadvertence, certain typed copies could not be filed and the writ petition being W.P.(S) No. 2963 of 2023 has been dismissed for default. He submits that the writ petition be restored, failing which the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties- BCCL has no objection so far as prayer for restoration of the writ petition is concerned.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, time for removal of defects in W.P.(S) No. 2963 of 2023 which was granted vide order dated 03.05.2024 is extended till 08th May, 2026. If the

defects in the writ petition are removed within the extended time, office is directed to place W.P.(S) No. 2963 of 2023 before appropriate Bench as per roster.
6. This civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly disposed of.
7. Pending interlocutory application being I.A. No. 5173 of 2026 filed for early hearing of this case is closed.
