Sri Sai Sanjay, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending the revision, the H.M.O.P., was dismissed as not pressed on 27.02.2026. 3. Given the developments, the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
