Issue a writ of mandamus or any such other appropriate writ or orders or directions for a time bound disposal of the I.A. No.1 (@Annexure-D) in the suit in O.S.No.399/2025, pending on the file of the Hon'ble I Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Mandya; b) Issue such other direction order as deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Though several contentions have been urged by the petitioners in the present petition, in the light of the fact that the suit is posted before the Trial Court on 17.02.2025, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7630 WP No. 3293 of 2026 it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1 for temporary injunction filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from 17.02.2025. 3.
