The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, thereby quash the impugned transfer order dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P-6). 10.2. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to complete his 4-year tenure as ADPO, Bijapur in accordance with Govt. of CG Finance Department Instruction 29/2025 (Annexure P/3). 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is substantively holding the post of Principal at Govt. Girls Primary School, Bijapur, however by order dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P/6), he was ordered to work as Assistant District Project Officer under Samarg Shiksha vide order dated 09.01.2025. Subsequently, vide 3 order dated 23.02.2026 (Annexure P/6), respondent No. 7 was also ordered to work on the same post. Petitioner has submitted representation before the respondent No. 3/Joint Director, Division- Bastar with a prayer that either he or respondent No. 7 be sent to the parent department to work on the substantive post which is pending consideration and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No.3/ Joint Director, Division- Bastar to take decision on the letter/representation dated 05.03.2026 at the earliest. He also submits that he is also given a representation before the Respondent No. 5/Collector-cum-Mission Director, Samgra Shiksha on 05.03.2026. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and only seeking direction to the concerned authorities to take decision on the representation, they are not having any objection. However, learned counsel for respondents/State would submit that in the representation stated to submit before respondent No.3/ Joint Director, Division- Bastar , there is no receipt of the application with date. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said representation was sent by the Speed Post on 06.03.2026 and it was delivered on 09.03.2026. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, looking to the nature of the grievance, raised, I find appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage with a direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest in accordance 4 with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 7.
