These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2981 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent/Jayaramappa (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent/Jayaramappa and (iii) to bring the petitioners on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent/Jayaramappa. 2.
