This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing to withdraw a sum of Rs.9,77,100/-, 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Page No.# 2/2 Court pursuant to the order dated 28.07.2025 in MAC App. No.303/2025. After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, it is provided that the amount of 50% deposited before the Registry of this Court shall be released in favour of the applicant subject to execution of one indemnity bond of equal amount.
