Petitioner, claiming to be the rightful owner in possession of ancestral residential house, constructed 85 years ago, on a piece of land measuring 17 Marlas under Survey No. 4 new (1339/1 old), under Khewat No. 2110, situated at Natipora, Rambagh, asserts that in order to reconstruct/repair the house, the petitioner had applied for permission, however, the Municipal Authorities for the said purpose require Revenue Extracts/Fard to be issued in favour of the petitioner before consideration of the matter. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being tossed from pillar to post in this matter since 2003, as the Revenue Authorities have not issued the Revenue Extracts/Fard till date and also submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case this petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No. 6-Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Srinagar West Bemina, to pass directions to the Tehsildar, Natipora, Rambagh to issue Revenue Extracts/Fard in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, so that the petitioner is able to apply for the permission for reconstruction of his house. 03. In view of the pleadings in the petition and the innocuous prayer sought, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to the respondent No. 6-Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Srinagar West Bemina, and Tehsildar Natipora, Rambagh to issue required Revenue Extracts/Fard to the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with the provisions of the J&K Public Services Guidelines Guarantee Act. 04.
