Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of his application filed under Rule 13 of General Rules (Civil), whereby he has sought urgent hearing of the case during vacation. 3. Perusal of impugned order reveals that learned Trial Court found no urgency in the matter. 4. Since summer vacation is coming to a close in Civil Courts on 30.06.2026 and Courts would reopen on 01.07.2026, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to consider petitioner’s prayer for temporary injunction on any date within 15 days after reopening of the Court.
