Since summer vacation is coming to a close in Civil Courts on 30.06.2026 and Courts would reopen on 01.07.2026, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with a request to Court concerned to consider petitioner’s prayer for temporary injunction on any date within 15 days after reopening of the Court.
