No.86 of 2016 on the file of the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences against Women, Nellore. 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.406 of 2019 Dated 27.07.2026 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The interim order granted earlier stands vacated. The learned Trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter in accordance with law. 4. The impugned order is purely interlocutory in nature, as it merely allows the application filed by the prosecution under Section 216(1) of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’ for addition of a charge under Section 379 of ‘the I.P.C.,’ against the Petitioner/Accused. 5. It is needless to observe that the Petitioner shall have full liberty to further cross-examine the prosecution witnesses, if necessary, with reference to the additional charge framed under Section 379 of ‘the I.P.C’. 6. In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
