Earlier, on 10.02.2026, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the legal heir certificate will be issued within a period of two weeks upon verification of the documents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed that the orders of this Court has been complied with and the Legal Heirship certificate has been issued to the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
