This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking interim suspension of sentence to the petitioner pursuant to the judgment dated 26.02.2024 in Special sessions Case No.218 of 2018 and enlarge the petitioner on interim bail from 07.02.2026 (Nadappu) to 08.02.2026 (Karumathi) for the purpose of attending and performing the death rituals of his deceased father A.Ganesan, at his residence. 2. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner.
