The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita seeking following reliefs :- “1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No. 0002/2026 dated 07.03.2026 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana Surguja (Ambikapur), District Surguja (C.G.) for offence punishable U/S 85, 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023, on the basis of Complainant/Respondent No. 02. 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to an order is passed staying the arrest of the Petitioners until the petition filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023 is disposed of. 3. Any other reliefs which the Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted to the petitioners.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh impleading the husband as one of petitioner. 4.
