The Court made the following Common Order:
Heard Sri A. Syam Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioners in the instant writ petitions is against the action of the respondents in not considering and passing appropriate orders on the representations made by the petitioners on 03-07-2026, the instant Writ Petitions has been filed. 3. Considered the submissions. 4.
It appears from the record that the petitioner has submitted representations on 03-07-2026 and immediately thereafter, on 17-07-2026, the instant Writ Petitions has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the respondents. Although it cannot be construed as an inaction on the part of the respondent-Bank in considering the representation. 5

However, considering the grievance of the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petitions directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 6. With the above observation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
