Mr. Karan Singh Dugtal, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner purchased a truck after taking loan from respondent in 2024. Since there was some default in repayment of loan, therefore respondent has allegedly taken physical possession of the truck, which is now put up for auction. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the truck was involved in a road accident and was under repairs for quite some time; therefore, there was a default, however, petitioner is ready and willing to repay the loan and respondent be restrained from putting the truck for public auction. 4. Perusal of the record reveals that petitioner has made a representation to the Branch Manager on 08.06.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Branch Manager concerned be directed to take decision on the representation before taking any coercive action against petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to Branch Manager concerned to take decision on the representation, as per law, with two weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
