This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the accused-petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a challenge to the order dated 30.04.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereinafter to be referred to as ‘the Act of 2012’), to the extent of summoning the witnesses on submitting process fees and summons and to pay Rs.2000/- per witness. 2. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the accused- petitioner. 3. The impugned order has been passed on 30.04.2019 and there is no interim order from this Court. 4. On going through the impugned order, the other material and so also the averments made in the memo of the petition, this Court finds no ground to invoke its inherent jurisdiction.
