The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for rent receipt is pending before the respondent no. 3- the Circle Officer, Chandwara Anchal, PO and PS Chandwara, District Koderma. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if there is no legal impediment, rent will be accepted and rent receipt will be issued to the actual land owner. 4. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3-Circle Officer, Chandwara Anchal within four weeks from today along with the copy of this order, who will consider the case of the petitioner within the period of eight weeks. 2026:JHHC:11532 2 5. If the Circle Officer, Chandwara Anchal finds that the rent is to be accepted, the rent receipt thereafter will be granted to the petitioner and then Officer will act accordingly. 6. If the application of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 7.
