ORAL ORDER
1. The case of the petitioner is that, there is a cart road in Sy.Nos.1, 5 and 91 of Pattandur Village, K.R.Pura Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk, Bengaluru. It is alleged that the said road has been illegally blocked by certain private individuals whose details are not known to the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be an owner of a property which has access through the said cart road. Hence, he has made a representation to the respondent to clear the cart road of the encroached parts. As

there was no action taken by the respondent, the present petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that, they will verify whether there exists a cart road or not as alleged by the petitioner. They will also verify whether there is any encroachment on the public property or not and thereafter if law requires initiation of action against any third person, same shall be done in the manner known to law and a decision will be taken after hearing all the parties concerned. His submission is placed on record.
3. The respondent is hereby directed to act on the submission made by him as recorded in paragraph no.2 supra.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
