The present applicant ‘Vishnu’ S/o Sunil is praying for bail in reference to First Information Report dated 31.01.2026 bearing FIR No. 15 of 2026 P.S. Pulbhatta, District Udham Singh Nagar, wherein, he along with three other persons namely Oma, Kamni and Sunny have been implicated for the offences punishable under sections 9, 39, 44, 48, 48-a, 49, 49-B, 51 and 52 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the present applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and is in judicial custody since 31.01.2026 and the charge-sheet has already been filed and, as such, there is no need of further custodial interrogation. 5. Apart from this, he submits that the applicant has no criminal antecedents. 6. On the other side, learned Brief Holder have not disputed that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the present applicant has no criminal antecedent. 7. After hearing the argument of learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the present applicant is languishing in jail since 31.01.2026 and the charge- sheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no need of further custodial interrogation of the present applicant, and as such, this court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 8. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case the bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant ‘Vishnu’ be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond and two UKHC010047742026 2026:UHC:4915 sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
