The corpus, on having been recovered, has been produced today before this Court by Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Inspector P.S. Behror Sadar, Disrict Kotputli, Behror & Ms. Rekha, Female Constable. [2026:RJ-JP:19849-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-131/2026] 3. Admittedly, as on today, the corpus is a major girl, above 18 years of age. The said fact has been affirmed by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned GA-cum-AAG. 4. We have interacted with the corpus and she has stated before us that she is not in any illegal detention and she wants to go and live with the petitioner. 5. Considering the statement made by the corpus as well as considering the fact that the corpus is above 18 years of age, we set the corpus at liberty to go and live at the place of her own choice and free will. The concerned Police Officer is directed to ensure that no harm should be caused by any person to the corpus, while going to place of her own choice. 6.
