For the State : Mr. Satish Keshri, Advocate. ------ Order No.04 Dated- 20-04-2026 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.208 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/238 of BNS 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has committed murder of the nephew of the informant namely Wasim Akhtar. It is next submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. The petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co- accused Ikramul Ansari @ Lalu and apart from that there is no other material to implicate the petitioner in this case. It is next submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case. It is next submitted that co-accused of this case granted bail by co-ordinate bench of this court in B.A. No. 159 of 2026 dated 17.03.2026. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-11 and he has been in custody since 04.09.2025 as mentioned in para-01 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Bariyatu P.S. Case No.208 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the informant or witnesses of the case during the pendency of the trial.
