Page No.# 2/3 Heard Mr. B. K. Mahajan, learned counsel for the accused applicants and Mr. T. Ete, learned Addl. PP for the State. 2. By an order dated 29.04.2026, the accused applicants, namely, Shri Pranjal Pathak and Smti. Rituparna Kataki @ Ritiparna Kataki were granted interim anticipatory bail directing that in the event of their arrest in connection with Nirjuli P.S. Case No.21/2026, they shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs.50,000/- each, with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority with certain terms and conditions. 3. Mr. Ete, learned Addl. PP submits that the accused applicants in compliance with the earlier notice issued against them under Section 35 (3) of BNSS, 2023 dated 12.04.2026 have appeared before the Police on 02.05.2026 and on their appearance, their statements have already been recorded. He further submits that the accused applicants are cooperating with the investigation of the case, therefore, he has no objection, if the interim anticipatory bail granted on 29.04.2026 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. 4. Heard the submissions of the parties and perused the records. 5. It appears that the accused applicants are cooperating with the I.O. of the case for investigation of the case, gave their statement, in view of the above, it appears that their custodial interrogation is no longer required for the purpose of the investigation. 6.
Considering the submission and the records produced before this Court and in view of the fact that the accused applicants are cooperating
Page No.# 3/3 with the investigation and that their custodial interrogation is no longer required, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused applicants on 29.04.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i)that the accused applicants shall continue to cooperate and appear before the I.O. of the case as and when required; (ii)that the accused applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts either to the Police Office or to the Court; (iii)that the accused applicants shall not hamper or tamper with the evidences and the witnesses of the case; and (iv)that the accused applicant shall not leave the State of Arunachal Pradesh without prior information to the I.O. of the case till completion of the investigation. In terms of the above, this Bail Application stands disposed of. Return the Case Diary, forthwith. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
