Learned State Counsel submits that the four years’ period for which petitioner was debarred from contesting election is now over, therefore, the relief claimed in the writ petition do not survive. 7. This Court finds substance in the said submission. Since the order impugned was passed in 2018, therefore four years’ period would have come to an end in 2022. Thus, the relief as claimed do not survive. 8. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
